How do I set up the parameters of Parental Control?
The master account sets the parameters of Parental Contro for all subaccounts. Settings will apply to all subaccounts that have Parental Controls activated. if the master account holder has any sub-account with parental controls activated, the parental controls will override any block/allow selections that the sub-account has. This will cause the sub-account controls to be narrower than the parental controls.

To set up the parameters:

  1. Click the Settings button.

  2. Under Manage mailbox settings, click the Manage parental controls link.

  3. Road Runner Web Mail: Message Settings
