How much storage do I get per account?
The amount of storage per account depends upon the service purchased:

Service Email Storage
Road Runner® Lite/Basic 100MB
Road Runner Standard 2GB
Road Runner Premium/Turbo 5GB

How do I check my mailbox quota?
Note:
Only the primary account holder can access account management.

To check your mailbox quota:

  1. Login to RR Web Mail.
  2. Click the Settings button

  3. Under Manage mailbox settings, click the Manage mailbox accounts link.

  4. Under Quota in Use, check the size for each mailbox.

How do I keep my mailbox from becoming "full"?
To make more space available, delete any items that you are no longer using. Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and Sent Items folders count against your size limit. You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space will not be freed. Click here for instructions on how to delete messages.

What happens if I go over my mailbox quota?
Once you reach your quota, no additional messages will be accepted until you reduce the mailbox storage size or allocate more storage. Messages will be bounced until this happens. 

How do I allocate mailbox quota?
Note: Only the primary account holder can access account management.

To allocate more mailbox storage:

  1. Login to RR Web Mail.
  2. Click the Settings button.
  3. Under Manage mailbox settings, click the Manage mailbox accounts link.
  4. Select the Email Address for the Mailbox you want to edit.
  5. In the Allocated Quota field, update the allocated quota space for the account.
