Please turn on JavaScript before using our site.

Road Runner® Help & Member Services (help.rr.com) uses JavaScript to make our site easier for you to use. Your browser already has JavaScript, but it’s not turned on. It’s easy to fix.

NOTES:

  • If you’re using a different browser, we recommend downloading the latest version of Firefox  (for Windows or Macintosh) or Internet Explorer (for Windows only) to use our site.
  • Advanced users - Please make sure you have added help.rr.com to your trusted sites.

Windows: Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x / 8.x  |  Firefox 2.x / 3.x 

Macintosh: Firefox 2.x / 3.x  |  Safari 3.x / 4.x

 

To turn on JavaScript using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x / 8.x (Windows):

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. In the Internet Options window, click to select the Security tab.
  3. Click the Custom Level… button.
  4. Scroll down the list until you see Active Scripting. Click to select Enable.
  5. Click the OK button.
  6. Your computer will ask you if you are sure you want to change the settings. Click the Yes button.
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Go to the Road Runner Help & Member Services home page.


To turn on JavaScript using Firefox 2.x / 3.x (Windows):

  1. From the Tools... menu, select Options…  
  2. In the Options window, click to select the Content tab.
  3. Confirm that Enable JavaScript checkbox is checked. If it isn’t, click the checkbox to select.
  4. Click the OK button.
  5. Go to the Road Runner Help & Member Services home page.


To turn on JavaScript using Firefox 2.x / 3.x (Macintosh):

  1. From the Firefox menu, select Preferences.  
  2. In the new window, click to select the Content tab.
  3. Confirm that Enable JavaScript checkbox is checked. If it isn’t, click the checkbox to select.
  4. Click the OK button.
  5. Go to the Road Runner Help & Member Services home page.


To turn on JavaScript using Safari 3.x / 4.x (Macintosh):

  1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences…  
  2. In the Preferences window, click to select the Security tab.
  3. Confirm that Enable JavaScript checkbox is checked. If it isn't, click the checkbox to select.
  4. Close the window.
  5. Go to the Road Runner Help & Member Services home page.
