Importing Contacts
Road Runner Web Mail includes an Import Contacts feature to import complete address books from other Email programs. At this time, Road Runner Web Mail supports address information in .csv file form from the following programs:

• MS Outlook
• Outlook Express
• Netscape 7
• Palm Desktop
• WebEdge 2 or 3

Please Note: First you need to export your current address book to a .csv file before importing it to Road Runner Web Mail. Road Runner provides basic support for certain supported software. Answers to detailed support questions should be obtained from your current Email client.

How do I import an address book from another source?

1. Click the Address Book button.
   
   



2. Click the Import button.
   
   



3. In the File Format field, choose a program from the drop-down menu.
4. In the Duplicate Entries field, choose how you want to handle duplicate entries.
5. In the File to Import field, click the Browse button to access the file to import.
6. In the Confirm Settings field, select language settings.
   
   



7. Click the OK button.

Exporting Contacts

1. From Road Runner Web Mail, click the Address Book button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Export button (located in the navigation under the Address Book button).
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Email program you would like to export to from the File Format drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the OK button.
