Road Runner Video Store (RR Video Store) is a browser-based digital download store where subscribers can browse, purchase and download movies and TV episodes directly on their computer, without having to drive to an actual store to purchase them.
RR Video Store offers you over 3,000 movie and TV titles. Video content will be provided by major movie and TV networks such as Warner Bros, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount, Studio C, Fox, Disney, HBO, MGM, ABC, NBC Universal, WB, CBS, E!, Discovery, Turner, and A&E.

How do I access Road Runner Video Store?
Road Runner Video Store is accessible from the Road Runner home page or directly from http://videostore.rr.com/.
What is the difference between renting and buying videos?
Buying: When you buy a video, you own it outright, and you can watch it as many times as you like. You can download it on up to three separate computers at no extra charge.
Renting: When you rent a video, you have access to it for 30 days from the day you rented it. You can watch it anytime during those 30 days. Once you have started the play, however, you must complete watching within 24 hours, and you must watch it on the original computer you downloaded it to.
How much does it cost to rent a movie or TV show?
Movie or TV show rentals are $3.99 for current releases and $2.99 library titles.
How much does it cost to buy a movie or TV show?
Movie or TV show
purhcases are $1.99 per tv episod, $17.99 for current release movie, and $9.99 - $13.99 library title movie.
What is the viewing period for rented videos?
You have 30 days from the time you download the video in which to view it. However, once you start playing, you must finish viewing the video within 24 hours.
How do I download a video?
The download process begins as soon as you have completed the process of registering, choosing a video, downloading Media Manager, and arranging for purchase. Here are the basic steps:
- Register with us and download the free Road Runner Media Manager.
- Browse around or search from our home page until you find the titles you are looking for.
- Click the movie, TV episode, or TV season you want. You’ll see a details page on that item that includes its price.
- Click Download to Rent or Download to Own to add the item to your shopping cart.
- Click Check Out (if you’re ready to buy) and log in or register if you haven’t already done so.
- Select which PC you want to download the video to or register a new PC and download the free Media Manager if you haven’t already done so.
- Confirm all your payment details and complete the purchase and the download begins.
- Check on your Media Manager player for notification that your video is ready to play.
- Press Play and enjoy!
How long does it take before the video is fully downloaded?
The time needed to download high-quality movies and TV shows varies depending on the size of the file and the speed of your Internet connection. In addition, media with a higher bit rate (better quality) have larger file sizes and cause the download time to be greater. A typical video might take up to an hour or an hour and a half to download fully on a standard home cable system.
You do not have to wait until the file is fully downloaded to begin watching.
The Road Runner Media Manager will notify you when the video has completely downloaded.
How much space do I need to store the video files?
The amount of disk space a video requires varies depending on the length and bit rate of the content. The following table gives you an idea how much storage some typical videos might take:

Why do I get a License Error?
- The license for your video has expired.
- You have a corrupt DRM store, contact Video Store support
- You have a firewall or pop-up blocker on your computer blocking the files
- Windows Media is not set as your default player
- Your computer does not meet minimum system requirements
How will I know I have a corrupt DRM issue (individualization)?
Individualization is a Microsoft process for making your windows PC unique by downloading and installing an individualized component from the Microsoft Individualization Service. For more information on individualization please go to Microsoft.com and do a search for individualization. Road Runner Media manager initiates the individualization process during installation by simply requesting this Microsoft web page. http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp You can individualize your PC yourself by going to this Microsoft URL and selecting upgrade.

Browse
The browse collections are editorial subsets from the full inventory lists available. Each area of the Browse section defines a specific area to narrow down your time in selecting a movie/TV show you would like to watch. It is organized into five categories:
- Just In
- New Release Movies
- Movie Purchases
- Movie Rentals
- All Movies

There are four additional categories
that have a drop down menu which you can click on to open a selection list with more specific programming. These categories include:
- TV Networks
- TV Genres
- Movie Genres
- Movie Studio
Search Field
You can use the Search field in two different ways:
- Search for a keyword.

- Use the All Titles drop down menu to select all titles to: Download for Rental or Download to Own options.

Shopping Cart
You can view the shopping cart by clicking on the link in the top right hand corner. The Shopping Cart link will be active only when it contains items.

NOTE: Items in the shopping cart will be grouped based on the Purchase Type in the Cart Item and also by alphabetical order.

From the Road Runner Video Store Homepage, click on My Account to access tabs for all account information. These include:

Can I rent or purchase videos if I haven’t downloaded the Media Manager yet?
Yes, but you won’t be able to play them until you complete the Road Runner Media Manager download.
How do I download the Road Runner Media Manager?
- Select the My Account menu option from the RR Video Store home page.
- Select the Manage My PCs tab.
- Select the Download Road Runner Media Manager button.

- Click the Run button to download the Media Manager files.
- Select the Run button to start the installation of the Media Manager.

How do I install the Road Runner Media Manager?
- Click the Next button to start the setup process.

- Click the Next button to start the Configure Shortcuts screen.
- Select the I accept the terms in the License Agreement radio button, then click the Next button.
- Click the Install button to start the Setup Wizard.

- Click the Finish button to complete the installation process.
