What are the minimum system requirements to use CA Internet Security Suite?

  • Windows Vista, 2000, XP (NOTE: CA Internet Security Suite is not available for 64-bit and Macintosh operating systems)
  • 70 MB of disk space
  • 256 MB RAM (512 MB for Windows Vista)
  • 300 MHz or higher Pentium-compatible CPU (800 MHz for Windows Vista)
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

How do I uninstall CA Internet Security Suite?
If you wish to uninstall CA Internet Security Suite, please click the link below to download the uninstaller program, which will assist you in the uninstallation process.

Do I have to pay for CA Internet Security Suite?
We offer CA Internet Security Suite FREE to Road Runner customers.

The program will display an expiration date that appears in the upper right corner of the CA Security Center screen and on the home screen of the sub-product (Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, and Personal Firewall). As long as you are an active Road Runner subscriber when the expiration date is reached, your license will automatically be renewed for another year.

How do I start using CA Internet Security Suite?
With CA Internet Security Suite all the products can now be accessed from the CA Security Center screen. This screen is accessible from the CA Internet Security Suite “shield” icon in your computer’s system tray.

To open the CA Security Screen:

  1. In the task bar, right click the CA Internet Security Suite icon.
  2. Click Open CA Security Center from the menu.
